Based upon the information furnished by customer, Dream Machines agrees to the
sum of $_____________. 50% of this amount $_____________ is due when haul is
scheduled. BALANCE IS DUE UPON DELIVERY BY CASH OR CASHIER’S
CHECK BEFORE LAUNCHING BOAT.
QUOTE DOES NOT INCLUDE COST OF PERMITS AS THIS CANNOT BE PREDETERMINED.
COST OF PERMITS WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE ADDED TO BALANCE UPON DELIVERY.
Price is subject to change if upon arrival and loading, information used to calculate the amount agreed upon between
Dream Machines and customer is found to be incomplete or incorrect. Dream Machines is not responsible for ramp
fees, lift fees, dock fees, marina fees or any other miscellaneous fees unless previously agreed upon and included in price
quote. If information supplied is incorrect, additional charges will be assessed and payable in cash or cashier’s check.
If incorrect measurements supplied to Dream Machines require additional escorts or permits or result in fines or
downtime, additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer and will be due before boat is launched.

Dream Machines accepts or assumes no liability or responsibility for any damage or damages while loading the boat in the
water at pickup location or upon launching the boat into the water at the delivery location. This is an industry standard and
it is understood that Dream Machines cannot be held responsible for under water damage during water pickups or
launchings, depth sounders, outdrives or any other obstructions coming in contact with trailer. Dream Machines also
assumes no responsibility for any damage during recovering loading, unloading or hauling the boat due to a lack of
structural integrity. Recovery from another person’s property must be cleared in advance by costumer.
Dream Machines carries $350,000 in cargo insurance. If value exceeds this amount, additional insurance may be
obtained at additional costs.
Shall it become necessary to take legal action to collect the balance of this account, the customer agrees to pay attorney
fees and court costs. It is mutually understood and agreed between both parties that this contract shall be deemed to
have been entered into in McCormick County, SC and shall be the location where any cause of action arising under this
contract shall be instituted.
