Rounded Rectangle: This is the first ‘Moveable” house that I designed and built.   It is  16’ x 28 ’  has a full bath and kitchen, solid wood oak cabinets. A large closet/storage area and a custom built Queen size Murphy bed that folds into the wall only occupying 17” of floor space!. Rounded Rectangle: My Key West Cottage design could also be built to float.  We would build to Marine code and U.S. Coast Guard Certification and it would be a Floating Key West Cottage Houseboat! We could easily construct a back deck with outboard motor inserts and Helm inside to enable it to be navigational. Or It could be placed on Flood Zone land property and never risk flood damage!
