Now Shannon and his family need our prayers more that ever before.  His little daughter, Reagan was killed in a tragic car accident Saturday Night.  Below is the API News Release

Cullman grandmother, 4-year-old granddaughter killed in crash

CULLMAN -- A grandmother and her 4-year-old granddaughter have been killed in a single car accident about four miles northeast of Cullman.

Cullman County Coroner Gary Murphree said 50-year-old Linda Pope and her granddaughter, Reagan Walker, both of Cullman, were pronounced dead on the scene at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

Troopers said Pope's daughter and Reagan's mother, 29-year-old Jacquelynne Michelle Cooper of Cullman, was driving the car when she apparently lost control. Troopers said the car left the road in a sharp curve, rolled up on its side and the top of the car struck a tree.

Authorities said the mother was taken to a Huntsville hospital where she was released on Sunday

 

 They were returning from the wedding of Shannon's Little Sister, Chelsea Walker.  The Walker family of course, is devastated....as well as Reagan's Mother, Jackie who not only lost her little girl but her Mother too.

Little Four year old Reagan's funeral services was yesterday, Thursday June 11th.  Shannon was allowed to attend and for that we want to thank all of you who helped us make that possible.

 

 

Update July 28,2009

 

Wonderful News!  Shannon has now been transferred to Talladega, Alabama which is so very much closer to his family!
