Our Floating Creations meet all U.S. Coast Guard Regulations and Built to Residential and Marine Code. They are Insured and Financed as Houseboats which are allowed on any waterways or Marinas that allow houseboats. Our passion is designing and custom building each "Floater" individually. Unlike many other manufacturers.......These are not Floating House Trailers. They are not built on Barge Hulls which rust, but all aluminum (eco Friendly) Frames with a lifetime warranty! They are actually solid wood buildings that float. We can build any size or style cabin, cottage, gazebo, home hunting hut, restaurant, bar, game room.....etc. If you have a photo of a style you want, just send it to us and we can build it! Our products are delivered by Dreams In Motion LLC. Don and Janet Hevener are nationally known for their expertise in Houseboats and yacht moving and even shipping overseas.
